Each operation seeks to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of TRG's offering, while filling the specific needs of each retail/manufacturing partner. TRG offers these services in a stand-alone setting or within a co-located facility within a retailer's/manufacture's/logistic provider's facility.
TRG turnkey solutions developed around our Smart Touch, Smart Returns, and Intelligent Disposition structure can deploy within 15 days. Our facilities have been implemented in as little as 800 sqft, to as large as 40,000 sqft, depending on the scale of the program.

Complete and thorough reporting is offered on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis highlight increased yields, recovery, and turn time. Core competencies of our Markham location include product sorting, logistics, single touch, and light touch repair programs. At our head office, we also analyze/develop potential product candidates for our Smart Touch, Smart Return, and Intelligent Disposition programs.

Co-located within a reverse logistics returns center of a major consumer electronics retailer. Demonstrating quick deployment and total integration, we provide complete data erasure services for notebooks, desktops and portable storage media using a 5220-22-M standard (U.S. Department of Defense) for securely erasing media. TRG is an accredited certificate holder for various major storage.
